As well as being right on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and the nearby wineries and vineyards, each cottage offers it's own private seclusion within the Cobtree estate and is surrounded by panoramic views over open fields to the South and West as well as 18 acres of woodlands to the North.

4-½ hours North West from New York City and 1-½ hours South East from Buffalo on the US-Canadian border and just 3 hours from Toronto by car, you will discover the idyllic Finger Lakes Region of upstate New York and the Cobtree Vacation Rental Homes which overlook the Western shores of Seneca Lake. Just 7 miles South of the City of Geneva you will find Armstrong Road, just off West Lake Road along route 14 heading south towards Watkins Glen.
