The cottage is approximately 900 square feet with both a deck off the living room and a patio off the dining room. Across the lawn from the cottage is a staircase that leads you to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
The bright open kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all dishes, cutlery and cooking equipment. The dining room has a large table with seating for 6 people. Sliding doors lead to the patio and back yard.
The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach. Whether you choose to watch TV, read a book from our library, or just sit back and listen to music, the living room is a very cozy retreat. The bay window provides amazing views from every angle.
The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and features a king-sized bed and a large dresser and closet. The second bedroom features a double bed, along with a set of twin bunk beds. A large dresser is located within the closet for additional storage.
A four piece bathroom is located next to the bedrooms. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer located within the cottage.
Low Season: May 1st to June 27th 2009 and August 29th - October 31st 2009 - $750.00 per week plus 10% PST
Daily Rates Available During Low Season: Two Night Minimum booking - Daily - $125 plus 10% PST
Confirmation: 50% Deposit required upon booking by Visa, MasterCard or American Express to confirm reservation. Remainder to be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If the booking is cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, the 50% deposit is refunded, less a $50.00 administration fee. If the booking is cancelled after the required 60 days and another booking takes place, the deposit will be refunded, less the $50.00 administration fee. If no booking occurs, the deposit is non-refundable.

| Directions: | From Confederation Bridge/Charlottetown International Airport: Take the Trans Canada Highway (Route 1) towards Charlottetown. From Charlottetown, take Highway 2 to Souris. Proceed through Souris on to Route 16 until you come to Red Point Provincial Park. Just after the Park are two dirt roads (very close together) heading right towards the water. Proceed down the second road called Sandy's Lane until you come to a side road near the water called Robertson's Road. Turn left onto Robertson's. Our cottage is the third house on the left. There will be a 'Sandy's Beachfront Cottage' sign in front of the house.
From Northumberland Ferry: Take Highway 315 into Montague and then change to Highway 4. Take Highway 4 until it ends. Turn right onto Highway 2 and follow this highway into Souris. Proceed through Souris on to Route 16 until you come to Red Point Provincial Park. Just after the Park are two dirt roads (very close together) heading right towards the water.
