Included in the rental are satellite TV access, laundry facilities, and a propane barbeque. The large yard includes an oversized cement deck, patio furniture, firepit, and a small basketball court. There is plenty of parking on the property as well.

There are several exciting activities and venues to participate in and see. The 400 Flea Market and Cookstown Mall are on route to the property. Georgian Downs Racetrack, golf courses, shopping malls, and restaurants are minutes from the cottage. Skiing, horseback riding, snowmobiling, fishing, and other seasonal sports are readily accessible. Horseshoe Valley and Snow Valley ski resorts are minutes away. Entertainment complexes and Casinorama are located in the neighbouring cities of Barrie and Orillia respectively and a short drive from the property.
