This is an ideal property for family and friends to get together year round or for a romantic getaway. Nine to eleven people can sleep comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms and an open concept, country style kitchen. The cozy familyroom with fireplace, cable TV, and DVD player make it a great place for entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and stove. There are also laundry facilities on the premises as well as cable TV in the bedroom. Patio furniture, a propane barbeque and chiminea are available for use.

It is located in Wasaga's Beach Area 5, the world's longest freshwater beach. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment facilities are close to the cottage. The YMCA Fitness Centre and RecPlex - which can be used for a variety of recreational activities including swimming, saunas, whirlpool, skating, tennis, basketball etc., is within walking distance. Wasaga Sands Golf and Country Club is three streets away for those avid golfers. There are extensive hiking trails which are ideal for snowshoeing, cross country skiing and biking. In fact, the entire survey is surrounded by a hiking trail. In the winter, downhill skiing is minutes away from Blue Mountain, Snow Valley, and Horseshoe Valley.
