A year round quiet, friendly, unpretentious lakeside cottage resort in Muskoka, Ontario, Canada on Lake of Bays. All cottages include full kitchens, stove, fridge, microwave, pots & pans, dishes, coffee maker, decks with gas bbq grills. TV/VCR, gas fireplaces, air conditioner, satellite TV. One cottage has a wheelchair ramp. Four cottages have private outdoor hot tub (2-4 people) on the deck. Our new, in 2003, one bedroom cottage has a hot tub on the deck. New 2 bedroom lakefront cottage in 2005.

Water Access and Facilities: 200 feet of waterfront, sandy bottom, water trampoline, canoes, kayaks, paddle boats at no extra charge, motor boat rentals, waterslide, badminton and volleyball, children's playground.
