Per Week: $545-$660 Prime Season (Sat. to Sat.)
Other: Prime Season starts last Saturday in June to end of Aug
Off Season:Min. 2 night stay - $105-115/night special week rates for Spring & Fall
Special Fall Rate: rebook in the fall 2nd visit in same year you will receive a 20% discount off of our Fall Rates

Security Deposit: $140 per week
